The first biggest change in my life was when I was 11 years old. My Mum died due to health issues.

No child should have to go through this and it scares me thinking of my children, or any child, in the shoes I had to walk in all those years ago.

The second big change is where this all started.

I went through a divorce which changed life in a dramatic way and resulted in a downward spiral in my health.

I needed to take a step back and think about how I could take control back. From this, I started to educate myself on health, nutrition, exercise and how to change my mindset.

I started to believe it was ok to put myself first sometimes, as it meant I had more to give to the ones I love.

I soon learnt the key nutritional approach of flexible dieting, exercises, habits, processes and systems to lose fat and, most importantly, keep it off.
